Therefore, their reproduction, distribution, public communication and modification, total or partial, without the prior consent of BUNKER SEGURIDAD, are forbidden. Likewise, all the distinguishing signs, trade marks, trade names or signs of any type contained on this website, which are owned by BUNKER SEGURIDAD or by third persons, are protected by law.

Such links are included here for informative purposes and are not in any case an invitation to purchase products or services that may be offered on the destination website. In the event that BUNKER SEGURIDAD were to come to have an actual knowledge of the fact that the activity or information to which such links refer is illegal, is a criminal offence or may harm assets or rights of third persons susceptible to indemnity, it will act with the necessary diligence to remove or to render inoperable the respective link in the shortest possible delay.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
If any clause of these terms and conditions of use were to be declared totally or partially null and void, such nullity will only affect the provision or the part of the provision that was so declared null and void, and the terms and conditions of use will subsist in all the rest, with such affected provision being considered not to have been been included.
The internal discussions and differences that were to be based on this text will be settled between the parties by mutual agreement. In the event in which a legal action were to be brought, all matters relating to the portal will be governed by Spanish law and will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
