2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE WEBSITE

All the intellectual property rights on the content of this website and on its graphic design (including, among other aspects, data, images, photographs, graphics, animations, creativities, sound, audio, video, drawings, software or texts, trade marks or logotypes, trade names or distinguishing signs, combinations of colors, structure and design, etc.) are the exclusive property of BUNKER SEGURIDAD, which is entitled to the exclusive exercise of the operating rights on same. Therefore, their reproduction, distribution, public communication and modification, total or partial, without the prior consent of BUNKER SEGURIDAD, are forbidden. Likewise, all the distinguishing signs, trade marks, trade names or signs of any type contained on this website, which are owned by BUNKER SEGURIDAD or by third persons, are protected by law.

3. CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE AND LINKS

BUNKER SEGURIDAD declines all responsibility for the misuse of the contents of its website, which is the sole responsibility of the person who accesses or uses them. Neither does BUNKER SEGURIDAD accept any responsibility for the information contained on the websites of third persons which may be accessed through links from the site www.bunkerseguridad.es. Such links are included here for informative purposes and are not in any case an invitation to purchase products or services that may be offered on the destination website. In the event that BUNKER SEGURIDAD were to come to have an actual knowledge of the fact that the activity or information to which such links refer is illegal, is a criminal offence or may harm assets or rights of third persons susceptible to indemnity, it will act with the necessary diligence to remove or to render inoperable the respective link in the shortest possible delay.

4. UPDATING AND MODIFICATION OF THE WEBSITE

BUNKER SEGURIDAD reserves the right to update, modify or eliminate the information contained on its website and its configuration or presentation, at any time, without prior notice and without assuming any kind of responsibility for doing so.

5. PROCESSING THE USER’S DATA

In order to be able to make bookings or submit enquiries, and to receive newsletters with information on offers and promotions (if the user has expressly requested such newsletters), the user shall ‘provide us his personal data through the various forms appearing on the website. The user states that all the information which he provides is truthful, complete and accurate and that he authorizes BUNKER SEGURIDAD to enter his data into a file so that, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, on Protection of Personal Data, BUNKER SEGURIDAD may provide the services requested by the user. In the event that BUNKER SEGURIDAD encounters any problem in processing a request, the personal data so provided may be used to contact the user.
Confirmation of bookings will be given by means of an e-mail and/or by any other means which BUNKER SEGURIDAD may deem appropriate.
In any case, the user may exercise the rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation provided in the aforementioned Law, by sending a letter to BUNKER SEGURIDAD (ref. “Data Protection”), C/ Franklin 10, Pol. 6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

If any clause of these terms and conditions of use were to be declared totally or partially null and void, such nullity will only affect the provision or the part of the provision that was so declared null and void, and the terms and conditions of use will subsist in all the rest, with such affected provision being considered not to have been been included.
The internal discussions and differences that were to be based on this text will be settled between the parties by mutual agreement. In the event in which a legal action were to be brought, all matters relating to the portal will be governed by Spanish law and will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
